This is my favorite of the Children of the Corn movies, actually the only one I like. It's different than all the rest because it's a essentially a haunted house movie, or in this case a haunted apartment building. Certainly not a great movie in the traditional sense, but I found it atmospheric and fun. If you like haunted house movies, I recommend giving it a look.
